Your privacy is very important to us. The Privacy Policy provides you with information on how we collect, use, share and store your Personal Information when you use our services. This Privacy Policy describes how HP3 (“HP3”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy when you use our website, coaching services, training plans and consultations. We use third party online software called “Training Peaks” to provide coaching services and sell our training plans. Training Peaks have their own Privacy Policy that you can view here. We use third party online software called “CORE Nutrition planning LLC” to provide nutrition planning. CORE Nutrition Planning have their own Privacy Policy that you can view here. For online consultations we use Skype, you can view their Privacy Policy here, or Zoom and you can view their Privacy Policy here.
Please read carefully through all sections of this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy may be changed from time to time and the governing version will be posted on the website.
HP3 respects your privacy and shares your concern about the security of data you submit to HP3. Our privacy policy explains the information we collect, how we use and protect it, and how to access and update your information.

What data do we collect?
We collect the following data:
Personal identification information (name, email address, phone number, address) is information that, either alone or in combination with other information collected, identifies an individual. Depending on the nature of services we will collect other information necessary to provide these services to you. Physiotherapy consultations will include information such as your medical history; coaching services will include information such as your training environment and events entered. We do not collect any more Personal Data from you than what we have determined is needed for us to provide the Services or that you have decided to share with us to personalise the Services, and to comply with applicable laws.
When purchasing a training plan via Training Peaks LLC, if you tick a box to opt in then Training Peaks LLC will send us the email address and name of the person purchasing our training plans from the Training Peaks online store.
We receive email questions from current and potential customers. We answer the emails but do not use the email addresses for any other purpose.
Policies of Other Websites
HP3 may contain links to third-party websites not owned or controlled by HP3. HP3 is not responsible for the privacy policies of any third-party websites which a user may access through a third-party link. Furthermore, these third-party websites may have privacy policies which differ from this Privacy Policy. HP3 disclaims all responsibility for the privacy practices of such other third-party websites. You should read the privacy policies of each third-party website that you visit to determine what information each third-party may be collecting about you and how they intend to use such information.
Analytics
HP3 uses third party systems such as TrainingPeaks, CORE nutrition planning to analyse your data and provide services to you, as well as Skype and Zoom to provide online consultations.
How information is collected and stored
HP3 collects information you provide to us. Typically this is collected via a web application and stored in a secure cloud environment. HP3 will keep your data provided to us for a minimum of eight years (in line with guidance from the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy).
Children’s personal information
When we process children’s personal information we will do so with the consent of a parent/ guardian.
How we use information
HP3 uses the information we collect to administer and operate the services provided to you. We do not share your publicly identifiable information with third parties expect with your express permission.
How we protect your information
We take several measures to safeguard the collection, transmission and storage of the data we collect. These steps depend on the sensitivity of the data that we collect, process, and store. Although we strive to employ reasonable protections for your information that are appropriate to its sensitivity, we do not guarantee or warrant the security of the information you share with us and we are not responsible for the theft, destruction, loss or inadvertent disclosure of your information or content. No system is 100% secure.
Right to access
You have the right to request copies of your personal data from HP3.
Updating account information
If you believe the data we hold on you is incorrect, you may correct, amend or delete submitted account information that is inaccurate at any time by contacting us at info@hp-3.co.uk
Deleting Information
You may request deletion of your personal identifiable information by contacting the data controller at info@hp-3.co.uk. However any medical records are stored for a minimum of eight years. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data.
Privacy Policy Information
If HP3 makes changes to this Privacy Policy, the updated Privacy Policy will be posted in a timely manner. HP3 reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. If you object to any of the changes to Privacy Policy, you may cease using the services and request deletion of your data, subject to legal requirements. Using the services after a notice of changes has been communicated to you or published on the services shall constitute your agreement to the changes.

While HP3 continues to work hard to protect your personal information, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure, and HP3 cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to HP3. Transmitting personal information is done at your own risk.
