This questionnaire is to check that you are safe to engage in physical training and activities.
All aspects of our lives are interconnected, as part of Team HP3 I want you to grow in all areas of your life. If any one domain is under stress it will have an impact on the others, and by working on one area it can affect all the others. Remember, we are Team Health AND Performance.
Goal setting is the most powerful tools to improve performance. Goals challenge you, mark our progress and keep you going. They provide the framework that guides your training and competition. The short term and medium term goals are the stepping stones which bring you nearer to your final goal. Success and failure provide feedback and allow you to adjust your long term goals. You must reassess frequently and then adjust the goals accordingly – perhaps you are going to surpass your initial goal and you need to set the bar higher, or perhaps work or family commitments mean you need to dial it down a touch.
